This Privacy Policy describes how Lewis Johnson Jr DBA KEPT ("KEPT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or interact with the client portals and software services we provide. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

KEPT is operated by Lewis Johnson Jr, a sole proprietor and licensed Texas Realtor with Real Broker, LLC. KEPT builds and operates client-facing portals, document surfaces, and workflow tools for residential real estate transactions.

• Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, and (where applicable) physical address provided by clients, leads, or visitors who contact us or are served by KEPT-operated portals.
• Transaction information — for active real estate clients, information related to property tours, offers, contracts, disclosures, and signing status, including data surfaced from third-party platforms such as Dotloop.
• Communications — emails, text messages, and notes you exchange with us.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage analytics generated by our website host (Cloudflare) and any analytics tools we may add in the future.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver real estate brokerage and client-portal services to active clients;
• Communicate with you about your transaction, our services, or your inquiry;
• Surface signing status, documents, and milestones inside client portals;
• Comply with applicable real estate, consumer-protection, and tax laws;
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

4. Third-party services we connect to

To operate KEPT's services we connect to the following third-party platforms. Information you provide may be transmitted to or received from these services in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Dotloop — for real estate transaction management, document signing, and contract storage.
• Google — for email (Gmail), calendar, and storage (Google Drive).
• Cloudflare — for website hosting and edge security.
• Real Broker, LLC — Lewis's sponsoring brokerage, for transactions where brokerage involvement is required by Texas law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver our services or as required by law:

• With service providers (above) under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing the service;
• With other parties to a real estate transaction (e.g., listing agents, title companies, lenders) when sharing is necessary to complete the transaction you've engaged us for;
• When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of KEPT, our clients, or the public.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as is needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including Texas Real Estate Commission record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Transaction records are typically retained for at least four years following the close of the transaction, consistent with Texas brokerage requirements.

7. Your choices

You may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you (subject to legal record-keeping requirements);
• Opt out of non-transactional marketing communications by replying to any such message or contacting us directly;
• Decline to provide information, though doing so may limit our ability to serve you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS for all web traffic, access-gated client portals, and credentialed access to third-party services. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
